Ski Banff-Lake Louise-Sunshine is currently seeking a full-time, year round North American Sales Manager to join our Marketing and Sales team.

The primary goal is to increase revenue from the North American Markets to our SBLLS Central Reservations, working with airlines, hotels, and other industry partners to drive business. Other duties include: attendance and coordination of industry trade shows; develop and maintain relationships with our trade partners; involvement in coordination of selected group FAM trips; planning, budgeting, and the implementation of marketing and sales initiatives; reporting on issues such as consumer awareness, market intelligence; development and execution of prize winner campaigns; negotiation and execution of print, radio, and online marketing campaigns.

Must have a strong knowledge of the Eastern marketplace and will be responsible for coordination of promotional staff within that market. Exceptional presentation skills and strong skiing/snowboarding ability would be an asset. Please note the successful candidate will be located in the Banff Office.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years sales experience, preferably in Tourism Industry
• Excellent communication skills - phone, email, and face-to-face
• Experience working with established client base and building new clients
• Experience with Web 2.0 social marketing tools
• Willingness to travel as required
• Experience and track record of independently managing own time
• Good local knowledge of Banff/Lake Louise destination an asset
• Passion of skiing/snowboarding
• Outgoing self-starter with fresh ideas and a positive attitude

Ski Banff-Lake Louise-Sunshine is seeking an organized, team player to join our Accounting team in the role of Assistant Manager – Accounting and Ticket Administration. 

This is a full-time, year-round supervisory position providing leadership to the Accounting and Lift Ticket Operations team.  Responsibilities include a review of all current processes and consideration of improvements.  You will support the Accounting Manager in production of monthly financial statements, development of an annual budget and building a strong, efficient Accounting team. 

The successful candidate will have Accounting Certification and a demonstrated ability to train and motivate team members.  Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills are essential to this role.    General IT experience and/or knowledge are required.
